I am about to purchase a project car from someone and the car is about 80% finished: it's an MK2 with a built 1.8t and tranny.. It still needs a FMIC, Piping, Turbo, SMS and a few other little bits - the problem is that i am unable to find a trailer on which to put the car to bring it back up to my area. Now I am considering having a someone in his area put it together for me so that I can drive it up here because I really don't want to lose this car.
So I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a shop in northern jersey that could get this car running for me - it would be greatly appreciated.

rent a uahul, 1 day rental is ~60 bucks

x2...unless you want it finished because you can't do it yourself...in which case you should still rent a uhaul and pull it to one of the respected shops in the area...such as tyrolsport in ny.
