will my ride bounce on the highway with the fsd

FSDs do not bounce at all on stock springs or on slightly lowered/stiffer springs, like the OEM sports suspension springs, or Eibach. Although I would strongly recommend the latter two, unless you have a driveway like mine, where even minivans and US sedans get hung up and leave their marks...
The goal of FSDs is different from the yellows or even more aggressive shocks. The goal is to make the damping adjust automatically, depending on "frequency" (quickness) of the road imperfection or car perturbation. FSDs get stiff for slow changes (in a curve, over the apex of a hill, when the left-right load or street surface changes along the course), but remain rather soft for quick changes (concrete joints, speed bumps at moderate to high speeds, rough surfaces, black stone streets, etc.).
They are ideally suited for people who are looking for a comfortable ride that has better handling. They feel a bit like having a slightly stiffer rear sway, everything else equal: Much better turn in, and much faster recovery when changing lanes/load, and less body roll.
And remember, FSDs are not for folks who like to lower their cars (significantly beyond Euro GTI specs) - they are there to improve handling on almost stock cars, not to save your behind on cars that are lowered for show, beyond what the suspension geometry can take before it makes the car handle much worse than optimal, and way too much to do any good in the handling compartment...

Re: koni yellow versus koni fsd? (nightshift1983)

FSD's factory to slight drop
Yellows can drop approx 3" ,have adjustable dampening, ride is still nice. I have yellows and a 2.5" drop and the ride is still suprisingly good.

the allusion of grass, big side skirts, and 19's can fool anyone!

Yes on an 2008 it is about 1 inch, the side skirts and 19's do the rest, the grass wasn't that high but that might help a little too
I have about 1/2 finger gap in the back and less than that in the front
