now, now, leave the harsh words at home. like yo mama always said, if you don't got nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all....... I am hoping for spring, begining of show season. but that depends on when paint gets done, and how much snowboarding gets done this winter.

Cam all the harsh words i learned from your mamma, she makes great waffles, oh ya and tell her i said hi.
Derek my paint is done... kind of needs a little attention to a couple of defects, but it is the ussual when you get your car back from the most flakey people in the automotive world- body men and painters. Don't paint with out your mask and hopefully you won't become one

I just gotta drop into this little greater vancouver discussion here and say, 'Hi!'. Like the rest of us my car isn't done, or even started... bone stock 84GTI (except for the monster 185/70/14 snowtires I stuffed under for the boarding season). Unless I get something for christmas the car is staying the way it is.... all my money is giong to new boarding stuff

And yeah the only reason I passed on the coilover deal was because I bought the dumb car. Just caught me at a bad time... though I'll agree with others in this post in that 1500 bucks USD is INSANE for a setup like that. I'd pay the special offer you had going though.

nigel, you're a p3n1s.

i belong to the 'no running VW worth mentioning' world because my 97 Jetta is stock and an auto. i have my eye on this 4 door A1 jetta sitting at a garage for a few months now, but everytime i go to the shop they are closed for one reason or another. almost finished stripping my wreck down. thats whats been up for me in Dubland.

i still wanna get all these GVRD VW's together at once. maybe this spring.

i think this is the first time i have seen the word p3n1s on the vortex, and to celebrate the occassion i'm going say p3n1s again.
oh by the way i ran into some friends of yours and they started bad mouthing you and saying that you like to throw rocks and suck cox.
I said that you were a good guy and that you didn't throw rocks

Any way lets all go to the dec 16 vw vancouver meet at landsdowne in richmond and do the cruise thing. it will be fun see ya.
