it's really a shame this had to happen for more than the obvious reasons ($$). if lawyers are going to be getting involved, the vortex is probably going to get slammed, and thus pinch off or restrict gb's in the future...

Just a brief update:
Have sent 3 emails to the racestore in the last 10 days-no response. Called again today, got vm, left message. Called KW Suspensions and the guy sounded a little exaspirated the moment I mentioned "the racestore". It seems KW spoke with TRS last week who assured KW that everyone who ordered would receive their kits. This was the last contact KW had with TRS.
KW is monitoring this (and other) threads. They have also been attempting to contact TRS , "about 100x a day", since last contact. The KW rep I spoke with says if things don't happen over the next couple of days, they will pick up the ball and attempt to make right this situation.
My take is that KW will offer c/o suspensions at a deal, but I'm not expecting it to be at TRS' price.

Anybody notice how Ralf's friend/partner "Bluejetta95" (or whatever his name is) doesn't post here anymore either.

I think that was Yuri. I've also noticed people who have "claimed to have been in contact with Ralf and Yuri" aren't posting either. That really burns my arse

! There were 2 or 3 guys who claimed that "they have just gotten an email/phone call from Yuri" saying there have delays in shipping/moving to a new store (yeah, in Brazil), but shipments would go out soon. Yeah, right, and monkeys might fly out of my butt...

Damn, this really sucks. I guess I had a bit of luck in not getting in that GB, but they still managed to get my $$$ on a BMC CDA box. I've called many times and left voice mails, sent faxes, emails, with no response. I'm talking with my bank tomorrow to get the charge reversed.

has anyone tried to report TRS to the Better Business Bereau?? im sure they could provide useful information on whats the best course of action.

Ok Guys, this is for the ones that have sent an email to TRS and had no luck.
This was the last email Yuri replied to me:
Sorry for infrequent replys but we have alot going on right now. I do appreciate the patience.
Thsi long delay was not expected. You prbably read a few things and what i have said.
We did not get them in on time and when we did Ralf had to leave. what has been killing us is a lot of first time customers such as urself this has been your first experience with us and that has hurt. i wish a better impression was made. I do know most of them have been sent out and im waiting ofr the list where it tells me what has been sent to who.
The reason we have been busy lately is because we are going to move to the new building starting next week and ralf has been getting all the plannign doen for that.
I want to tell who has gotten what and i shoudl be soon.

Well the BBB doesn't file criminal fraud charges and at this point, it looks like that's what we're dealing with here. If the BBB wants to make themselves useful, they'll direct everyone as to where to file the criminal charges and everyone can get in on a class action criminal / civil suit.

I said this in the other thread, there is no benefit to anyone in getting lawyers involved. The remedy for breach of contract (which is what this is) is just the amount you paid, so you'd get back your money MINUS the lawyer's fees. Also, I doubt the vortex would be liable for anything. The KW was not a GB, it was a special that Ralf advertised here. Even if it were a GB, this is just a forum to exchange info, not an agent of the buyer or seller.
Just call your CC company and explain what happened. You will get the $ back, and Ralf will never have a merchant account with VISA or MC again.
Oh, and did anyone else notice the title of the thread that Ralf started to advertise the KW special? It was something like "final words...so read it!".

That is awsome that kw is offering help to people who got ripped off. I wonder if BMC will do the same, for those like me who still havent recieved their cda after 3weeks of waiting
