AFAIK LEDs don't burn out.. I think they are supposed to last a lifetime lol
these aren't crappy "fake xenon" lights or undercarrige neon.. they are LEDs

maybe some hood/trunk light ones will be next

btw, has anyone seen the lights that go behind your rims and light up when u'r driving? i saw those last night on the bqe in brooklyn and almost lost control i was laughing so hard ...

lights on the lugs? ill go one better, ive seen ones that screw onto the air fill nipple on the tire. chromies? nah. chromies are so 90s. you gotta go with the lighted tips.

Believe it or not I own a pair of these. Not on my Jetta, but I put them on my brothers car, in the grille... its a 97 Mazda protege... POS.... they get more comments then anything on my jetta... its crazy.... $7 at pep boys... gotta look hard tho, because they didnt show you the box, so they will look different
I rigged mine in thru the parking lights which are always on when the light switch is turned to parking or reg. lights... which is almost all the time... it is not too bright, almost like an xmas light, but looks sweet... check out pepboys, thats the only place ive seen em

EDIT: I know that they come in Blue and Red, and I think a few other colors. If you guys really care, I will be a PepBoys tomorrow... I will check what colors... Also he threw in a nut.. and jacked the price up $2 for it... pretty sad...
