A 1.8T chip is the best mod, but yeah, you definitely need a suspension to handle all the extra torque. I'd do a full suspension first. Swaybars are up to you -- depends on your driving habits. Then do a chip and a VWMS dogbone mount (or poly inserts) at the same time. You don't want your tranny flailing all over the place with that soft stock OEM mount.
Then there's lots of other stuff you can do.... Boost gauge, turbo-back exhaust, new DV, etc.

Yep. Autotech (www.autotech.com) carries polyurethane bushings as well as VWMS (VW Motorsports) stuff. 1552 Design (www.1552design.com) also carries these... and I think Potterman does, too (www.parts4vws.com).
