im looking for one that i dont have to screw into my bumper?

Theres a few out there but most you need to pay a lot of $. I know of one that flips up with a remote which is sweet but will run you over $100 IIRC.
Just make one. All you need to do is make some sort of L bracket and screw it into the bottom of your lip or maybe one of your grills.
Also you could just zip tie it to one of your grills.
