By far the easiest Mod I've done to the car. I jacked the car up, took the wheel off, took the inner fender liner out, and the crank pulley is right there in your face. 5 bolts and it drops right off the car. Threw the new one on and done. I'd say the hardest part was getting the floor jack under the car.
As far as any gains, 1st and 2nd gear rev out so fast now. 3rd is a little faster, then 4th and 5th or about the same. I've only put about 8 miles on it but so far it feels like it was worth it. No extra vibrations or anything like that. It sounds the same. I can't wait to see how the it pulls with the new clutch and single mass flywheel. I'd recommend this to anyone.
