I am considering getting my flywheel lightened in my Rabbit with a 2.0L 16V. I have lightened flywheels in Air Cooled VWs with great results, as long as the car isn't a heavy car. Any experiences that people would like to share, good or bad?
Also, how much do they weigh stock, and how much do people typically lighten them?
Thanks,

Re: Lightened flywheels in Rabbits, good or bad?? (DURELL)

it is great http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif the bunny revs like a motorcycle. only problem is that the rpm rapidly drop as soon as you hit the clutch (not a fan of double clutching)
so hard to keep the revs up. but well worth it. i got mine from velocity and think i paid around $180 (not sure) with core.
take care,
