Who sells linear rate springs that maintain mostly stock ride height?

Yeah, not sure I want to go with coils, was thinking of something to replace the stock springs... Maybe I should just do coils, though.

Can you keep the dust boot on bilsteins when using the GC kits? I remember building the coilovers for my racecar, and had to discard the dust boots as they wouldn't clear the threaded collar...

And are the 'kits' on the GC site a set of 4 threaded collars, upper spring hats, and springs? If I don't cut the spring perch off my struts, how high will I ride (I'm looking to keep stock height or so.)

boots can stay. collars can sit on the stock spring perch and it won't cause any problems. get springs that are minimum 7" for the front and i think 8" for the rear.

Actually, it may have been that the boot wouldnt' fit inside the 2.5" springs, I don't remember well as it was a couple years ago, but I know I couldn't use the boots...

It didn't work with the boots in there, maybe because of the way the SRS coilover kit was designed, though. There aren't that many ways to put coilover sleeves together, really...
