I put on my new rims 3 days ago, and i put on 4 new lugs but used the stock locking lug that is on all stock Volkswagen wheels. When I finished putting the rims on I must have left the adapter in the locking lug, and I lost it. It must have fallen onto the road somewhere. I have looked all over. If anyone knows a way that i can get the locking lug off without the adapter i could use your help.

Re: Locking lug help!!!! (Bender)

They should.
If they don't, buy one that "almost" fits, than bang it on with a hammer..
The key and locks will be useless after you're done, but at least you'll get your wheels off.

Re: Locking lug help!!!! (Bender)

I couldn't find mine. The parts guy at the dealer walked out to my car with a complete set of VW wheel lock keys...first try was right. Walked in and proceeded to charge me 20 bucks. Then, of course, I found the other one.
