Hey guys, this summer I am hoping to kick off modding my 02 GTi. I have alot of fun with this car. It has a CAI and a millteck exhaust. I thought I would end it rite there. But like many of us know it can't end there. It would be a sin! I want to make a fun/fast car that I can enjoy for a couple years while I gear up for my dream BT setup. Here is what I have in mind. A ko4 (not sure which) 3" DP, FMIC, Revo flash, Possibly bigger injectors, coils, and some visual mods.
I would like to know if there is anything else I could do to go along with this setup. Also which ko4 would you reccomend? I have been/and currently still researching the Ko4. Just looking for some extra help from the vortex. Thanks guys http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

hows the spool on that t3/t4? i wanted something with no log which why i chose the gt28rs. how difficult was the the walbro install? intank or inline?

I really dont know yet for the spool. I'm still in the process of getting it running. I'm expecting it to be fairly laggy though.
The walbro install is pretty straight forward. Ints inline. You just hook the fuel lines up to the pump and run the electrical wiring through a relay and an inline fuse. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Mines not laggy anymore after the light weight flywheel install. I hope you plan on building the bottom end and dont learn the hard way like I had too. If not look for a cheap motor now and start building it. Gotta love the T3/4 turbo setup. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
