does the engine run well though? and how many miles have you put on it since you rebuilt it? and did you deglaze the bores? also, if your cam timing is out by a tooth, you'll get low compressions on all cylinders.
are you holding the throttle wide open during cranking? is it cranking at a good speed? do you have a quality gauge? I think that about covers my interrogation for now:laugh:
I was working on retrofitting webers, one day the engine back fired and broke the starter shaft and the key on the camshaft sprocket, that's when my nightmare started.
But before the teardown i noticed the low compression on the 3rd cylinder.
all your readings seem a bit low, but you really need to get some miles on the engine before you pull anything apart again. also check your cam timing hasn't jumped.
