a good lowering height would be whatever you want it to be. If it is a daily driver, i would suggest not going too low, maybe like 40mm, if you're looking to completely get rid of wheel well and just slam it, then go 60mm or 80mm. It's all preference. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

would also be intersted in pics thinking about or patec 60/40 or maybe going for coilovers

just trying to make up my mind between 60/40 or 60/60 if any one has a pic of either it it would be a huge help

Do yourself a favor and get coilovers. Why risk not knowing exactly what height you're gonna lower to, you have unlimited adjustability w/ coilovers. I saved my money instead of taking a chance and got coils, I couldn't be happier. (well I could, if they were free)

both are valid options, depends on your preference and wallet thickness!
I did the cupkit thing and it worked out alright, mediocre drop and a semi-stiff ride.
with coils now its slammed, handles superbly, and i have adjustability! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Weitec 60/40 cup kit gets my thums up. I have had about 4 months and I love it. great for a daily driver. Not to low that U drag all the time. handles well, and rides well. And it gets rid of wheel gap!
