lowering intake temps.

i dont know if any of this will help (Search is down) but it gets hot where i am and i think it would best for my moter if i helped it stayed a bit cooler with the higher boost im running and every thing. my ideas are
#1 ko4 with my 93 oct ko3 program flows more so could lower temps or does it make it hoter?
or
#2 Hard IC pipes
or
#3 New IC ( single side or dual side)
what would some one recomend to do? would a new ic give me more hp because of a big diffrence in intake temp compared to stock? because i mean my intake manafold gets suuuuuuuuppppppppppppppppppppperrrrrrr hot allot hotter than my other non turbo cars get. let me know what you think is the best bang for the buc

but misting is only a temp fix correct? i want something that will work for a a while and i dont have to worry about haveing to re spray. would the ic pipes do any thing?
