Man has it been a while. What's up Vortex!?...

Recently bought one of my dream cars (silver 04 r32) Doing chains and a new clutch right away at 98k. Sticking with a stock clutch and keeping the dual mass flywheel.

After ordering a brand new LUK flywheel I saw a post that spooked me. A person who had problem after problem with the LUk flywheel...

Has anyone installed a Luk or currently driving with one and if so have you had any problems or issues? Will appreciate it greatly

I used a LUK in my Touran conversion 2 or 3 years ago, no issues so far.

They have to be installed properly, so you don't trigger the self adjusting portion - I made a contraption to make sure it was set at the start point, then just used the mounting bolts to pull it on very slowly, dead straight - one turn of each bolt, in a cross pattern.
