As stated earlier, I went through the manual and couldn't find anything specifying what type of oil to use. The sticker in my engine bay states 0w30 or vw 504 00.

I'm talking specifically that emergency use blurb. Unless I'm reading too far into it, 504 00 that isn't on the sticker is considered emergency use only 0.5L. 🤷‍♂️

Gasoline engines: VW 504 00 and ACEA C3 or API SP standard, viscosity 0 W-30.

Doesn't that fall within the sticker parameters?
