I noticed today that my car has a weird vibration when ideling -- not noticable when driving. It pulses and then comes back a few seconds later.
What could be causing this? I've had the car since 45K miles and now I'm at 67K.
Should I start with a tune up? And also, is there a writeup for a timing belt change on a 2.slo? I've searched but have been unable to find.

is it idling lower than 800 rpms? Is the ac running. Need a little more info for the guru's to diagnose the problem.

mine does this too (58K miles)

Its revving (@ idle) at slightly over 600, without the AC.

that sounnds a little low someone correct me if im wrong but shuldint it be like 750 rpms?

i thought 800 was about standard idle.
