Making Red-white taillights !!!

Does anyone know where i can find some info about this?
I want to make my own white-red taillights for my vw corrado. I've seen some raddos with this but they are not for sale in the stores so i should make them myself.
If anyone can give me some info about which glass i should take to make it nice and stuff.....

What should i use to make the white upperparts?????
Anyone knows the site of Danilo, i know he has made them too.
