Anyone else notice that in the matrix car chase, almost all the cars in the lane where the action was taking place (and thus, were in danger of getting destroyed) and all the cars that were damaged were GMs

I guess it was part of the deal GM gave them so that they'd use the CTS and Escalade. Either that, or GM can't even move cars with 0% financing anymore and needed a way to red rid of a bunch!

I laughed at each alero and malibu and suburban that tipped over, one less crap box on the road http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif I also found it quite humerous that the Ducati (924 was it? I dont know my ducatis well) could not outrun the Caprices the Agents had on the highway..None the less, I am sure GM had to pay mega $ to have their cars blow up like that.

^^ I am almost certain that it was a ducati 996

on a side note, I think the movie sucked because i had to wait too long for the action scenes to come out. I liked the prequel much better.

I know I'm late to the party, but does anyone know which Audi it was in the beginning? A8? S8? A6? I couldn't tell.

IT was an A8 in the beginning...i think is was a new one too...
as for the chase scene i think it was amazing...in order to enjoy an action movie you have to watch its with sort of an abscence of physics...afterall...it is the matrix.
