Measuring a rim
How do you measure a Rim? Diameter edge to edge, inner lip to inner lip? Same as how wide they are. I looked at tirerack but still was a bit unsure. Thanks in advance

wheel size and width i believe is always measured from the bead seat area

All based on the tire so width is bead to bead so don't include the lip, and wheel diameter is what ever the tire's last demension is.
