Please don't tell me that you're stupid enough to take a picture of your dashboard while travelling 120mph. http://****************.com/smile/emthdown.gif

Very true. I thought people in VA drove fast. We are crawling compared to the folks in MD. People in the far right lane were doing 80, so you can imagine what they were doing in the passing lane. No wonder radar detectors are legal.

Since when? I just moved to northern VA from PA and I would love to see people in VA or MD drive fast... MD picks it up a little bit, but in VA they get confused when it rains!

poop! Most Berettas with the V6 shut off at 105, mine is among the first to have OBD-II, and it has no limiter and will go past 120 (as far as it goes) and lay it over on the dash. Still no match for a vee-dub though, DAMN I WANT THAT GOLF.

The most annoying vehicles on Maryland roads are always the ones (mostly SUVs but some cars as well) with Virginia plates.

Re: Merging with fast moving traffic in Maryland ;-) (kenny301)

Not everyone in MD rolls at 120, but there are quite a few fast drivers. I was following a Cadillac (whatever the biggest, most boatlike model is) on the Baltimore beltway last week at 100, and we weren't really getting past traffic that quickly. When I moved back to MD from Southern FL last summer it took longer to get through VA than through both Carolinas combined, I didn't see that much of a reason to even have a radar detector there

Oh, by annoying, I didn't mean fast. Fast cars are not annoying in MD. They're the norm. The annoying cars are the Virginia SUVs with sloth drivers that are usually swerving in the lane while squeezing cell phones between their ears and shoulders.

Not only dont they stay in their own lanes, they also like to drive next to each other- not ever exceeding 75 ofcourse. >
It gets better in MD, but they still dont drive that fast.
