I just got back from 3 different stores (home depot, canadian tire, rona) and none of them had a mesh similar to my ABT, or that looked half descent. Where did everyone that bought mesh for their front 3 inserts get their mesh from?
Someone said chicken wire, but thats too thin, and it will rust. I want something similar to my ABT mesh. Similar to this picture

Um...yea...that is exactly what I am looking for.....ABT will probably sell you a small length of mesh.....

That looks just like my lower grills, they are grillcraft. I don't know if they come in black though, i just have the silver

Grillcraft look nice and all, but spending $150 on mesh, i can't justify that.
Anybody else know of any places that sell similar mesh? What about the audi TT mesh, is that similar?

I bought my mesh (similar to one on picture) at Home depot. Look near the lumber section the mesh is for the rain gudders to keep leaves away. check it out!

Argh! I went to three different "sections" in the store and found mesh like items,..but nothing similar to the ABT mesh,..but i don't think i went into the garden section

I went near the lumber, or "building materials" and nothing looked similar, or was safe for bare hand use (sharp) or not prone to rusting (bare metal)
argh, now I have to go back to HD for the 3rd time in two days; im starting to turn out like my dad

i think estrictlyforeign.com sells rolls of the mesh, i think. i know i saw it yesterday on the web somewhere.

I use both! The mesh comes with clamps, so I drilled a little hole on the clamp for a screw then clamped it down and screwed it in. I did not screw it all the way through the bumper just enough to hold the screen. It's very sturdy!

Danny Cina at CFD Auto Collision Custom Design 905-264-2068 181 Woodstream Blvd unit 18. He has the mesh you need I beleive and its aluminum.
He owns the body shop and I've seen his work...great stuff. I'm having some things done there...should be ready for the spring

I got my Grillcrafts for 137 shipped. They fit right into your oem inserts so that you don't even have to remove the bumper, they are also zinc coated to prevent rust and corrosion

Rudy - Do you have more pics of this - I have been thinking about just installing mesh behind just like that but have been unable to see any that have been done - post some more pictures if you have them...
