What are the DOT dates?

I couldn’t figure out how the dot dates are listed on these but I’m pretty sure they were purchased in 2018. I rotated my 2 sets of wheels between my winters and these.

I’ve attached another set of pictures. The penny makes it seem like there’s less tread depth on these than there actually is.
