Michigan/Metro Detroit Folks. I need a good Mechanic!

Hey,
After being considerably raped by the dealer on getting the rear brakes replaced yesterday, I need to find a good, trustworty, reliable mechainc. What I want to do is purchase the parts that I need/want and just go to this individual for labor.
Any one have any reccomendations? If you have reccomendations for folks who do interior work and body work, please post that as well.

buy the bentley manual for your car and save yourelf a whole slew of cash, brakes are one of the easiest jobs you can do.
