any UPsolute deelears in Michigan? and are the chips the same as the competators where you have to take chip out to put the performance one in?

There is one in Toledo, OH I think.
Search for Green Goblin.
I think I read somewhere that he is now an Up rep.
Up chip used the stock chip and flash it with their program (anyone, correct me if I'm wrong).

All Chipmakers remove the Stock Chip to start with. Some venders replace it with a daughterboard while others simply reprogram the chip as needed and solder it back on.
