The centre bore on the A3 is 57.1 and the S4 will need 66.5. So unless you plan on taking the rims in and having them machined to fit the bigger bore. You’ll need to look at some new rims.I couldn't find this information anywhere.
I am going to buy a 2019 S4. I already have a set of 17" wheels from my A3 17x7.5 +35mm 225/45/17. I was wondering if this will fit on the S4.
I have an A4 with 225 50 17 and they barely clear the caliper. I’m going to guess it’s a no go. I also quick searched on tire rack, and they don’t offer a 17” package for a B9 S4.Good point, i need to check because i know my wheels has a centric ring to downsize to 57.1 so i need to check the original bore size.
I was more asking about the caliper size and if 17" wheels will clear the brakes.
