Styling wise, Diamante looks nice. The leather quality also quite high considered its price, however, the dashboard feels somewhat cheap. I also heard its quite softly sprung.

Diamante has the same problem as Millenia. Mitsubishi's name doesn't associate with anything luxury although Diamante priced among some competitors which are luxury brands.

Debonair and 929 were classy sedans that are able to rival Crown and Cedric of that era. That's until Nissan and Toyota took off in this segment, on the other hand, Mazda and Mitsubishi don't have the image to support its luxury cars.
