[Erotas]

I was at Denlo today and I was looking at the Mk5 that they had there.
I noticed a couple of them with bad gaps on the doors, see below.

Sorry about the quality, phone camera.
One was a Silver 1.6 and the other a white Confortline 2L.
I saw the white one first and I thought, oops someone at the dealership stuffed this up, but when I saw the second one I started to think 'No Mk5 for me!'.
Anyone else notice any such imperfections?

Do you mean the door doesn't sit flush with the body?
If thats not what your referring to, it looks pretty normal to me. There has to be a slight gap so that the door can actually open.

Yeah, its not flush.
It was only on the 2 cars, the others didnt have it.

It just goes to show you... You are forking out a hell of a lot of money for a new car... and you still need to go over the car with a fine tooth comb beofre sign the dotted line - that way you are not stuck with the problem under warranty - Make sure you jot down the fault and the VIN number so you don't get the same car fixed! But a new car!
