if you can use some sort of chemical in your resivour to keep it from freezing, i know they make an in-line heater for windshield washers. I think JC Whitney may sell them. And the nozzels would be a retrofit but probably not too hard. you'd just have to apply power to them via a switch and relay... but i'd say the in-line heater would be best.
