Anybody else have this sway bar on their vehicle? I was curious if anyone has experimented with its different settings. I have it on the middle hole right now, but i was thinking of moving the end links the the stiffer(inner) mount point. has anyone done this, what was the difference? less roll, lift the rear inner tire more often?
any info would be appreciated.
(hope this isnt a repeat thread)

vr6ofpain,
The quick answer to your question is that moving the end links to the firmest position (holes furthest away from the end of the bar) will reduce the amount of understeer the car experiences in corners. In addition, you will have more lift-throttle oversteer than before. So if you jump off the gas pedal abruptly in the middle of a corner, the back end of the car will actually step out a little. This reduces the amount of steering input you have to put in to complete the corner and is a commonly used technique in autocross.
Best Regards
