I need some help I have a stock mk3 golf and recently well on my way to go camping I hit a big pot hole and blow out the drivers rear shock and it is leaking oil. I can't seen to find my repair book. how hard of a job is it to replace them?

The rears are easy. The springs aren't under as much pressure as the fronts. One bolt at the top, one at the bottom, and it's out. Just make sure you don't leave anything out when you reassemble.
