hey guys, anyone out there know how a MK4 cabrio rear bumper bolts up to a MK3 golf??

i'd love to smooth out my rear hatch and move the plate down to the bumper, and this seems like it could work!! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif if not, any companies make anything similar??

It won't fit without MAJOR cosmetic surgery. Check out Brad from 1552's GTI, his is the only example that comes to mind.

oh well, i was behind a MK4 cabrio today and the idea popped into my head, since they didn't change those pesky taillights, thought maybe the lower half might be the same too. thanks anyways!!

*sighhh* yep, that would be ideal. can't afford to spend a small fortune on a rear bumper however, gotta work on more important stuff

I beleive that mattig makes a look a like mkiv rear bumper for the mk3. I'll try to find a picture.

It doesn't come with the lower diffuisor. I beleive tuning Zubehor sells it. HTH.

Ack! I'm sick of looking at that GTI! A nice bumper and some nice other stuff, but I can't see it from all the other crap!
