turn down the dimmer a bit...but then again you probably cant control those with the dimmer
i wonder how theyd look on white faces...with red needles

are the needles stock mk3? i thought they were solid plastic??

so how difficult was this? I'm debating whether or not to do this myself. With some soldering and electrical experience i wouldn't think it would be too hard. I'd just be worried about my clumsy ass breaking something

It wasnt that difficult really,more time consuming than anything. Took me about 5-6 hours to complete everything. I used 3mm LED's but being that they were 3.3v I needed to get resistors, I'd prefer to use 12v LED's but they are so darn expensive. I wouldnt worry too much about breaking anything, things are pretty solid, after doing it now there's a ton I'd go back and do differently. When I do it for A2euro I'll do a complete step by step DIY with all tool and parts used for both the cluster and AC buttons and all that jazz.
