Recently bought a CTS Blowoff for my 2013 GLI (Unitronic Stage 1+) and I could not get it to work correctly. First of all, the directions given by CTS are the worst and there’s no luck when you try to contact their installation line. With some help, managed to get it put on with all vacuum lines going correctly. We struggled to figure out whether to plug the electrical plug from the stock diverter or the solenoid plug into the new solenoid. We experimented by switching both and had different results. With the solenoid plug, the car was completely bypassing the blowoff and caused a overboost code. With the electrical plug, the blowoff worked correctly, but lost almost all power to the car. Any suggestions before I lose half my money trying to sell it used?
