MKIV head lights on MKIII

I need help on adjusting my new hella mkiv style head lights on my 96 gti vr6. can anyone please help me. I know how to adjust the light side to side but I can't seem to figure out how to adjust htem going up and down. They are now adjust upwards and I have been high beemed 4 times now since I installed them yesterday. can anyone help or shed some light please

The up/down wheel is above andbehind the low beam. Look above it and you'll see the white wheel back there, use a flathead screwdriver to adjust it! Remember to aim the lights on a wall about 20ft away, and on a flat surface.

check your tire pressures too! and its 25ft offically.

Ok I've found the wheel that adjusts the headlights up and down. But there is no where to adjust it with a flathead screwdriver. I can unscrew and take the wheel off but as soon as I put the wheel back in and scew it tight it pushes the light up again. Does anyone know what I'm trying to say?

p.s. are we talking about same Hella MK4 look a like headlights for MK3's?
