nothing to replace; just take it off, clean it out, replace the filter, put it back together.

I must apologise for confusing everyone.
I mean the intake manifold not the actual air intake.....

 

buy yourself a bentley manual. It has all the instructions and diagrams you need in order to remove the intake manifold.
Yes, you need 2 gaskets, since the intake manifold is a 2-piece manifold, so you need one for the half, and the other to attach to the head

 

add another gasket if you want to separate the throttle body from the intake manifold....that's another gasket
