We recently installed our Auxiliary Low Pressure Fuel System upgrade on a customers 2012 VW MKVI GLI 2.0T TSI. Some of you may be following his build thread, patrick02. Link to thread: http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?5573872-GLI-AirLift-BBS. The car is fitted with the APR Stage 3+ kit, integrated engineering connecting rods, and an otherwise stock motor. Before our fuel system, the most we were able to push out of the car was 443 wheel horsepower on 104 oct gas. Once we got more fuel, the car was able to put down 473 wheel horsepower along with MS109 gas. That's a peak 30whp gain, and even bigger gains in other areas of the power band!

We have more plans in the future for this car such as: Built head w/ Ferrea valve train components, intake manifold, and a high pressure fuel system solution. APR is currently working on the high pressure fuel solution and we are hoping for a release within the next few months so we can break the 500 horsepower barrier!!

Below you will find a video demonstrating how the fuel system works in action, and the dyno graph

THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED HORSEPOWER NUMBERS & THIS IS NOT AN OFF THE SHELF KIT. THIS IS A USP MODIFIED CAR WITH THE STAGE 3+ KIT TO ACHIEVE THESE POWER FIGURES!!

So you increased the octane of the fuel yet you're attributing the power gains to your fueling upgrade? :sly:
