Dude, you're being way too nice.
Tell them straight out that they are in violation of copyright laws and that they need to take those photos down within X hours or you'll file a complaint with Ebay for the violation.
CC Ebay's appropriate department as well.
If they don't, flip it and notify Ebay and CC those puds.
With only 19 feedbacks, they may be too new and stupid to realize their screwup. Too bad they can't get feedback from this crap.

The same thing happened to me on ebay a few times. Contact ebay right away and report him. Make sure you list all of his auctions that he is using your hijacked pic. In a day or so all of those auctions will be gone. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

no really, look around, they ARE all over, even for the 10 dollar tinted bulbs. You should really contact ebay instead. nice lights though.

You know it's not really anything you can do as it is virtually impossible to prove who'se pics something is esp. to a 3rd party!
Believe me though I know what you mean ALL too well, look at some EMBLEMS sold on Ebay like R32 and TURBO etc etc

the only medicin is to "own" them BEFORE you put them up in public http://www.euroemblems.com
