Thanks to all that have waited patiently while I moved in to my new house.

A couple of changes that I want to mention though:
1. My work load at work has quadrupled because of which I often don't get home well past mid-night. So if I have to make a trip to the postoffice to ship the package back to you then your switch may be dealyed as much as a week in coming back to you. If you send it with the correct postage for me to mail back to you then I can have postman pick it up from my house the day after I get it.
2. Because of exponentially rising expenses I had to do away with the MailboxesETC mailbox that I had. This means that if you send me a package that is too big to fit in the street side mailbox then that box will get returned back to you. Also, if you send me anything using UPS, FedEx or any other courier, I will not be at the house to take delivery of it and the courier will have to send it back to you.
For all those that were waiting to swing by my place and have me do it on the spot, 1. my place is still a mess with boxes everywhere, and 2. goodluck catching me home. I'll probably dedicate a weekend to have the 2 or 3 parties that are interested in it to come by and have it done.
