MOVING TO LA...( dont know where else to put this) Need info on racing scene

Well i am from seattle...moving down to LA and was wondering ( all though i know some ppl will say i shouldnt be doing this or blah blah ) about the street racing scene in LA...and about any strictly vw car clubs. Well any info would be nice. coming from seattle where me and about 3 other vws are the only ones that race the rice, wondering if its the same in LA.

the street racing scene is not good.in california .. its a bunch of dork kids that drag race and crash into each other or other people.. and if they are not doing that they are getting busted by the lapd or other organized police departments against illegal street racing... but you could come and race with me

in the dangerous canyons of california ....the cops wouldnt dare come in there... they would fall off the cliff hahahahaa

email me when you get down here if you like to race something other than 1/4 .... ill help you out find some legal solo 2 events and road course runs ..

so its pretty much like seattle than, but what about car clubs and the like? and id like to check out what ur talking about in the canyons or whatever. So the typical lawas for racers is arrested car mpounded yada yada right?well thats what it is up here...

I just moved to Cali from Oregon back in august. I know what both scenes are like. sadly, I think the VW scene up north is better. But if you want help getting in places, let me know. I hear about alot of events both VW related and general imports. Drop me an email / IM.
