My dash lights wont go on please need your help
for some reason my dash board lights wont go on.. cant see anything during night time everything else works like headlights etc etc any tips on what I should check for? also Do you guys know by anychance where i could purchase a nice COLD AIR INTAKE SYSTEM for my RABBIT... its an 83 cant find an intake system anywhere do they even make one for rabbit...

any info on Rabbit 83 cold air intake system ... I have one for my 91 GTI 16v but cant seem to find one for rabbit.... is drilling holes in the intake system the only way?

i have seen very few production peices for a cold induction system, i saw one in a jamex catalogue awhile ago. ussually will mod there hood with an intake scoop or fab something up with pvc pipe etc.

That probably sounds stupid, but it got me once... I had no dash power for the longest time, I checked and rechecked the fuses and they looked okay, Finally bought a fuse checker (very cheap) and sure enough, the instrument fuse was bad!Good luck!

i had the same problem and it ended up being the dimmer switch was faulty, a quick cleaning and it was all good again
