Prolly the resistance unit on blower motor compartment.
Have Bently? Or do I need to guide you along step-by-step?

Air Conditioning/Climate control section,It has a small electronic resistance unit, which is screwed onto the blower motor case,it has a 4 pin connector on it,this is a series resistance as the call it,so the fan switch can control how much voltage the fan gets to make it spin faster or slower.
Ill look into it a little more later on.And repost.

One quick check that is a bit easier than digging under the dash is to grab a short piece of insulated wire and pull out the switch itself and jumper across the contacts in the plug of the harness itself. That might save you some un-needed time under the dash. I had the same issue with mine and it wasn't my resistance block, but just bad contacts under the knob. But mine is slightly different from yours('93 had 3 rotary knobs for HVAC)
Hope I helped
