The original builder is 6speed16v I believe. And I’m happy to say I want to bring this car back to its former glory. Car is ABA swapped with 98 TDI trans, mk3 cluster as well. It’s got a lot of work needed but ittl be worth it in the end!

update on progress made currently, so far i have gotten a lot of interior bits, got the cabin heater working, got cluster working (all gauges work besides speedo, i beleive its the speed sensor thats bad), got oem radiator fans, got the door poppers working, still got a lot to do but making great progress!

I’ve got the same steering wheel!
Love it.

With an aba and a Tdi trans u should be capable of like 160mph+ down the right hill.
As the Tdi could go 125mph rev to 4500rpm
And in top gear each 1000rpm is roughly 30mph.
