lol I used to think there was a problem with my key, too. You have to insert the key so that the VW emblem on the front is facing you when you turn the car on. The key is only floppy because the weight of the key os working against it and essentially flipping it closed http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

what VW emblem? my key is BEAT... dosent click to any posistion... just flops haha.
