Hey, I have a JH rebuilt block with the regular old oil pump. not a new one. I have a crossflow head.
Now, my valves are clicking and noisy even at idle and when you rev it up it gets worse. Its not too noisy but you can hear it inside the car and its scaring me.
Should I spend the money on a high flow new oil pump? they are real expensive and I'm poor. The old one seems to be fine, it doesn't make the light go on but I know the light works.
What is the dilly yo? why do they click? its almost as if they're getting worse but I'm not sure I haven't had it runnning for very long.
