N75 Adjustment

I heard Wilson is the man to answer this question, but lets see who else knows. Stock resistance is between 25 and 35 ohms? Which way, or higher/lower adjustment for surging? Do I need to approach the 25 or 35 ohm reading to combat some surging.....I get this boost, then hesitation, then boost again all within a second or so.... So I can test my N75 valve and determine the base (stock adjustment) and adjust from there, but in which direction? Higher or Lower?
