OK, since before I lowered my Jet, I always noticed how ridiculously high it came from the factory. Lately, I've noticed that the new Lancers have the same problem. It looks horrible, and I personally cannot understand how people never notice this when they buy a car. I knew before I got my car it was way too high. Does anyone else notice this? Newer BMWs seem to do a pretty good job of maintaining a reasonable stock ride height, but short of a Lambo, I see very few cars today with less than a foot of fender gap. So help me out here, and list some of the biggest offenders.

Scirocco's have always had this hideous huge wheel gap. I quickly fixed that when I had my 82'.

my '88 audi 90q has like a 2 foot fender gap. its ridiculous...im just too poor to afford springs and shocks....maybe for christmas.

hmmmm... The AWD must effect the height because a guy at work has a 330i with the same wheels and everthing and it doesn't look nearly that high.

2.5RS, WRX, uhm..pretty much any subaru

then again i did totally like having that ground clearance..but they do look bad arse sporting the road race look. *shrug*
that and the 00-01 3 series wagon. they arn't horrible offenders but i wanted my lower so lower it went. now i just just scraaape.

and uhm.. definatly the Xterra - talk about a lack of fender gap. 33" tyres don'f fit without a lift.

and 31's barely clear. ahh well.

the RSX looks likes it's lifted. At least 3-4" of gap on that one. Uck.

I think most Pontiacs - Sunfire, Gran Spam, Aztec have a lot of wheel gap.
I've been noticing that all Volvos I see (from early 90's-present) have very little gap, which make them look schweet. I doubt many Volvo owners lower their rides, why would they need to

Current generation Mustang, especially '94-'98s. Absolutely SILLY fender gap.

Alero, Grand Am, Bonneville. Pretty much any GM, actually. It amazes me when I look at an Alero, and its four to five inch gap, that it has 225/60/R16. That's good sixe rubber, yet the fender gaps are so ridiculously large that they llook like 13-inch rims.
