I'm going to guess it's an Alfa, due to the design of the rear taillights. For some reason, they look kinda "alfa-ish" to me.

Looks like and Alfa crossed with a Lincoln MkVII coupe with a little pinto thrwon in for good measure! Look at the side profile!
