This could also be the Clubsport TDI: http://jalopnik.com/391465/audi-a3-tdi-clubsport-quattro-revealedYes, likely it's still not full on production but that lower chin treatment sure looks complete.
The grill looks the same, obviously missing the bolton flares. And the Clubsport also had thata crazy rear wing in the back that could be related to that flappy thing on the back of those RS3 mule pics.
